ProMystic Confidentiality Agreement

In order to purchase the Omni Wallet you must read and agree to the following:

This is an agreement between ProMystic LLC (“we” or “us”) and (“you”) the Buyer regarding the purchase of {{product.title}}

Confidentiality Agreement: You agree to keep the (a) ProMystic Omni Instructional video (b) The ProMystic Omni user manual (c) information shared on the Private Omni Wallet Facebook group confidential. You agree that you will not:

(a) disclose verbally or electronically or in any other way the above-referenced confidential information to any third party, especially to third parties that design, manufacture, market, or sell mentalism products;

(b) use the above-referenced confidential information in competition with us, in any way that harms us, or for your own business advantage, excluding your own performances;

Exceptions: You may disclose the above-referenced confidential information as described above only in the Omni Wallet private Facebook Group.

Term: This agreement is in effect indefinitely or until ProMystic makes the confidential information publicly available.

TV and Broadcast Rights: You agree not to use the Omni Wallet on TV, Youtube, or any video broadcast system. You can use the Wallet for gathering information prior to the filming as long as the wallet is not shown in use.
